To use Boujee Workplace, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

• You may register as a Creator, Client, or both
• All information provided must be truthful and regularly updated
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our consent
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion

• Identity verification may be required for certain account features
• Tax documentation required for payment processing
• We may request additional verification information at any time
• False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination

Users must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Honor agreements made through the Platform
• Report suspected violations of these Terms

Creators must:

• Accurately represent their skills, experience, and qualifications
• Deliver work according to agreed specifications and timelines
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and projects
• Ensure all work is original or properly licensed
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients

Clients must:

• Provide clear, comprehensive project requirements
• Respond to Creator communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect Creator intellectual property and working conditions
• Provide constructive feedback and ratings

Users may not:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or payment systems
• Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users
• Post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with Platform operations or security
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or penalties
• Solicit direct contact information to avoid Platform fees

• Creator Service Fee: 10% of total project value
• Payment Processing Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
• Premium Services: Additional fees for optional features
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• All payments processed through secure third-party processors
• Escrow system protects both Creators and Clients
• Payments released upon project completion and approval
• Dispute resolution may delay payment release

• Refunds processed according to our dispute resolution procedures
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation
• Users responsible for any chargeback fees or penalties

• Boujee Workplace and all related content are owned by UNMUTEDCO LLC
• Users granted limited license to use Platform for intended purposes
• No right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works

• Users retain ownership of content they upload to the Platform
• Users grant us license to display, distribute, and promote their content
• Users warrant they have right to grant such licenses
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law

• Intellectual property rights in completed work determined by Creator-Client agreement
• Default assumption: Client receives rights upon full payment
• Creators may retain rights to underlying techniques, know-how, and general skills

1. Direct Communication: Parties encouraged to resolve disputes directly
2. Platform Mediation: Our support team provides guidance and mediation
3. Formal Arbitration: Binding arbitration for unresolved disputes

• All disputes subject to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules
• Arbitration conducted individually, not as class action
• Arbitration takes place in New York, New York
• Prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees

• Claims for injunctive relief
• Disputes involving intellectual property rights
• Claims under $500 may be heard in small claims court

• Platform provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access
• We do not warrant the quality of user services or content

• Our liability limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Users acknowledge inherent risks in online marketplace transactions

• Users agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their use of the Platform
• This includes legal fees and costs associated with defending such claims

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for losses due to Platform unavailability

• Users may terminate accounts at any time
• Outstanding obligations survive termination
• Data may be retained according to our Privacy Policy

We may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our discretion with or without cause

• User access immediately suspended
• Outstanding projects may continue with specific arrangements
• Certain provisions survive termination

• These Terms, Privacy Policy, and referenced policies constitute entire agreement
• Supersedes all prior agreements and understandings

• Invalid provisions do not affect validity of remaining Terms
• Invalid provisions replaced with enforceable equivalents

• Users may not assign rights without our consent
• We may assign our rights and obligations freely

• Neither party liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
