We are seeking a Digital Show Producer to help plan, produce, and package live and recorded programming across streaming and digital-media platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of editorial judgment, production coordination, and hands-on digital broadcasting. The ideal candidate understands how to move a show from an editorial idea to a polished live stream, recording, podcast, or social-media package.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of live and recorded digital shows.
• Develop run-of-show documents, production schedules, segment timing, and guest notes.
• Prepare hosts, contributors, guests, and production assets before broadcasts.
• Manage or support live-streaming software, remote guest connections, media playback, and on-screen graphics.
• Coordinate video, audio, lower thirds, clips, transitions, and other production elements.
• Monitor timing, quality, and technical execution during live or recorded productions.
• Help edit and package full episodes, highlights, shorts, and social-media clips.
• Maintain organized production files, recordings, graphics, and show archives.
• Collaborate with editorial, social, design, and technical teams.
• Assist with improving repeatable production workflows and quality-control standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience producing live or recorded programming for digital, radio, television, podcasting, or streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with broadcast and digital-production workflows.
• Experience with streaming software such as OBS Studio, StreamYard, vMix, Restream, Ecamm Live, or comparable tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro, or comparable editing software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent editorial communication and attention to detail.
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week during Eastern Time.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
